Heating & Furnace Services
Keep your home warm and comfortable through Pacific Northwest winters with our professional furnace installation, repair, and maintenance services throughout the greater Seattle area.
We install Coleman and Bosch furnaces, both gas and electric. Every installation comes with our 2-year labor warranty, and we handle all permits. If your current furnace is struggling to keep up or you're seeing rising energy bills, we can assess whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your situation.
Furnace work isn't complicated in theory, but doing it right requires understanding how your specific home moves air, where heat loss occurs, and what capacity you actually need. After 20+ years working in homes throughout Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, and the surrounding areas, we've developed a practical sense for these details that you won't get from someone reading installation manuals. Check our project gallery to see examples of our work.
Furnace Installation & Replacement
Most homeowners we work with are replacing aging systems. The old furnace still runs, but it's cycling constantly, making strange noises, or the energy bills have crept up year after year. Sometimes a repair makes sense. Often, the math favors replacement, especially when repairs would cost half what a new system costs.
We start every installation project by sizing the equipment properly. An oversized furnace heats quickly but cycles on and off constantly, creating temperature swings and wearing out components faster. An undersized unit runs nonstop and never quite gets the house comfortable. We run the calculations to match equipment to your home's actual heating load, not just its square footage.
On installation day, we handle the ductwork connections, gas lines if applicable, electrical, and venting. We test everything before we leave and walk you through the thermostat and any maintenance you should know about. Most furnace replacements are done in a single day. Even more involved installations with ductwork modifications typically wrap up in under two days.

Furnace Repair & Maintenance
When your heat goes out in January, you don't want to wait three days for a diagnosis and another week for parts. We carry common components and can complete most repairs in a single visit. Ignition failures, blower motor issues, thermostat problems, heat exchanger concerns, and strange cycling or noises are things we see regularly and know how to address.
That said, some repairs aren't worth making. If your furnace is old enough that parts are hard to find, or if the repair cost approaches half the price of replacement, we'll tell you. We'd rather give you an honest assessment than charge for a repair that just delays the inevitable.
Regular maintenance prevents most emergency breakdowns. An annual tune-up catches small problems before they strand you without heat, and keeps your system running at peak efficiency. Learn more about our HVAC maintenance plans.
Coleman Furnaces
Coleman has been in the heating business for over a century, and there's a reason we've been installing their furnaces for years. They're reliable, they're efficient, and when something eventually does need service, parts are readily available. Their residential furnaces offer AFUE ratings up to 98.5%, which means nearly all the fuel you pay for becomes heat in your home.
We've installed Coleman furnaces in basements, closets, garages, and utility rooms throughout the Eastside. They make units sized for townhomes all the way up to large residences. We can help you choose the right model and handle the installation properly.

Bosch Furnaces
Bosch furnaces are for homeowners who want premium performance and don't mind paying for it. German engineering shows in the details: modulating gas valves that adjust output precisely instead of just cycling on and off, variable-speed blowers that reduce energy consumption and noise, and compact designs that fit in spaces where other furnaces won't.
If you're also considering a heat pump or planning a complete HVAC upgrade, Bosch systems integrate particularly well with their other equipment. The components are designed to work together, which makes the combined system more efficient than mixing brands.
Gas Furnaces
Natural gas remains one of the most cost-effective heating options for homes in the greater Seattle area. Gas furnaces heat quickly, operate reliably, and typically cost less to run than electric resistance heating. If your home already has gas service, a high-efficiency gas furnace is often the practical choice.
The main decision is efficiency level. Standard efficiency furnaces cost less upfront but use more fuel over time. High-efficiency models (90%+ AFUE) cost more initially but pay for themselves through lower operating costs, especially if you plan to stay in the home for several years. We can walk you through the math for your specific situation.

Electric Furnaces
For homes without natural gas access, or for homeowners moving toward an all-electric setup, electric furnaces offer a straightforward heating solution. No combustion means no carbon monoxide concerns, installation is simpler without gas line requirements, and upfront equipment costs are lower than gas alternatives.
The trade-off is operating cost. Electric resistance heating uses more energy than gas or heat pump alternatives. For homes going all-electric, we often recommend pairing an electric furnace with a heat pump. The heat pump handles most of the heating efficiently, with the electric furnace as backup for the coldest days. This combination gives you the benefits of all-electric operation without the high operating costs of running electric resistance heating all winter.
Why Hire Us
About 80% of our business comes from referrals. People hire us, they're happy with the work, and they tell their neighbors. That doesn't happen if you cut corners or push equipment people don't need. We've been doing this for over 20 years across Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, and the surrounding areas, and we plan to keep doing it. That means standing behind our work and treating every install like our reputation depends on it, because it does.
